Residents may purchase additional services and amenities tailored to their needs, including underground heated parking, secured storage, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance assistance. Guest accommodations and meal options are also available for both residents and their visitors, and long-term care insurance processing support is offered as an added convenience.
