You'll find answers about living options, amenities, personal services, healthcare, and more. And if you ever need more information or want to discuss your unique needs, our team is here to offer support and guidance.

Living Options

We offer a full continuum of care: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care (Dimensions®), and Enhanced Care.

Independent Living: Rent covers utilities, scheduled transportation, activities, and 24/7 access to staff. You can add services like Safety Pendants, housekeeping, and dining.  
Assisted Living: Includes everything in Independent Living plus personal care support—help with bathing, grooming, medication, diabetes care, etc.—and 24/7 care staff with emergency response systems

No. We operate on month-to-month rental agreements and offer flexible, short-term stays in Assisted Living under our “Stay by the Day” option.

Yes, couples are welcome to share an apartment—even if one is in Independent Living, and one has care needs provided by Assisted Living. A reduced rent fee applies for the second occupant.

Amenities & Daily Life

We host a wide mix of social, intellectual, creative, spiritual, and physical activities—like club meetings, games, lectures, fitness classes (Pilates, Tai Chi, chair yoga), wellness lectures, popcorn movie nights, seasonal events, and our intergenerational connection program.

Our community features chef-prepared, restaurant-style meals. Residents choose meal packages or pay à la carte. There’s always a rotating menu plus an “always available” option.

Yes. Rent in Independent and Assisted Living includes utilities and maintenance. In Assisted Living, weekly housekeeping and laundry services are also included. In Independent Living, you have the option to add weekly housekeeping. Both Enhanced Care and Memory Care include weekly housekeeping, linen changes, and laundry service as part of the standard offerings.

Yes. We offer scheduled group transportation for outings and appointments. For individual rides, residents can use My Car On Call—a convenient, on-demand service that provides complimentary transportation within a 7-mile radius.

Underground covered parking is available for residents, along with guest parking spaces.

Yes—TowerLight is pet-friendly! As long as your pet is manageable and follows community guidelines, they’re welcome.

Personal & Healthcare Services

Caregivers and nurses are available in Memory Care, Assisted Living and Enhanced Care. 

Medication management—including diabetes medication, oxygen therapy, and tracking of vitals—is offered. Assistance is available with daily activities like bathing, dressing, transfers, and toileting. 

Emergency call systems (pendants/pull cords) are in place, with weekly safety check-ins. 

Absolutely. Our “Stay by the Day” option offers shorter stays with full access to services, amenities, and clinical care—perfect for recovery or caregiver respite.

Before move-in, our nursing team assesses your health, routines, and preferences to create a personalized care plan. This plan is regularly reviewed and adjusted as your needs change.

Yes—partners like AccentCare, Odom Rehab, in-house optometry, audiology, podiatry, and portable X-ray services regularly visit the community.

Yes—apartments are yours to personalize, and we encourage you to decorate with familiar items to create a true sense of home.

We work with you and your family to meet your timeline. Assisted Living and Memory Care residents undergo a care assessment prior to move-in.
